OK, something that is tricky. You want to be an elementary school teacher. But the Monkasho only does English teaching licenses for Junior High (and high school). So you will need to do teaching practice in JHS. We have lots of books at school to help wiht mogi juggyo (micro-teaching). But, of course, you can't get at those now. Here are some links that might help:
JETsinSendai (See the "Teaching Ideas" link under the SEN in Sendai. Also the "categories" at the bottom, left).

JULY 2021 Update
PowerPoint (for beginners)
Options:
Super easy: • I’ll show you.
• Easy level. How to use PowerPoint 2020. If you have done PowerPoint but don’t have much experience, try this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eer0_GHEumM&t=9s
Hints: This is only 5:20 minutes long. You can watch 2-3 times if you want.
• Next level. 10 Powerful PowerPoint tips

Good ideas, but remember:
KISS: Keep It Super Simple.
Enjoy.
The history of MY FUTURE SUCCESS!
Bz Students: If you are doing your own, some tools to help you make your presentation.
Click HERE for a template (This is the "Miyagi Ai - Business Wonder Woman" example. You can modify. it to make your own.
Do this Guided journey to imagine your future success. Do this before you start to make your presentation.
Use this Future Success task sheet. Be sure to think about the challenges (problems) and how you will get past them.
The photo above is explained below.Sorry. it should be right here but I can't get it in the right place. I hope it helps.
NEW: This will help you (a) plan your "my future success" presentation AND (b) make the powerpoint to go with it. Take 3 post-its of your favorite color. Take 4 more each of two other colors. (NOTE: There are lots in C511 on a whiteboard in the back) . Alternate the other two colors. One is problems/challenges on the job. The other color is what you do/did/will do to overcome those challenges. -- Your "mini-successes."
Use the first two for background info (example: what you learned in our department, previous experience/interests, etc.).
Because you are using post-its, it is easy to rearrange them to make your presentation flow better. ENJOY. This is a creativity activity (and I know you are creative).

Using PowerPoint (PPT)
• Total beginner: Marc will do this live to teach you how to add pictures and words.
• The basics. A 5:20 youtube video. Turn on the subtitles/captions with CC. If you want to slow it down, click the gear (machine icon) and click "playback speed." Select .75%. This is short so you can watch more than once.
• Intermediate PPT tips and tricks. Good information, but don't let it make your PPT too complex. Remember "simple is good." Turn on the subtitles and slow the speed if you want to. (See "The basics" above).
