If you use the free version, it will have the name of the provider in the address. You should probably use your name for the address. If that is already taken, try adding something like "Sendai" in the address. Don't use a "cute" address. This is for making a good impression in business.

Have a short, personal introductions. Say GOOD things about yourself!
